1. How long does it take to process my order?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted. 3. How can I initiate a return?
